Rules of the Forest of Arden Bowmen
- Only NAFS members may shoot in the forest grounds, all beginners must be provisional members of the NFAS or under supervision of a NFAS Coach.
- All members must follow the NFAS Rules of shooting.
- Members must sign in and out in the hut logbook.
- The four digital pad lock code to the gate to be kept secret to members only.
- The last member leaving the club must lock the gate and rotate the numbers on the lock to hide the code.
- No open fires are to be lit at any time in the forest.
- Waste items may be burned under controlled condition in the steel barrel and only in the present of club members all burning must be extinguished when the last club member leaves the forest.
- The motorway gate must be close at all-times when exiting and entering the club grounds.
- Cars must use the car park area only and must not block the lane leading to other fields.
- Club members are not permitted to cut or re-move wood from the forest at any time.
- All waste generated by individual archers to be taken home by them.
- No broken arrows to be left on the forest, take all broken arrows back to the hut.
- All members must follow the rulings of the committee and committee member when on site.
- Members to replace ripped and damaged target faces, faces to be found in the target cupboard in the hut.
